For some context: I (25M) live with my girlfriend (26F). Last night, she made steak with salad. I normally love steak, especially with onions and mushrooms, but she doensn't care to watch the news. I told her not to get mushrooms with everything going on but she did anyways. So when she served it to me, I immediately tossed it outside. She called me a jerk for getting rid of her meal even though i reitereated that I didn't want mushrooms. So, Znet, AITA?
